We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (Sales & Conversion) to manage client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and other platforms
Convert inquiries in Job Summary to confirmed bookings and drive revenue
Follow up consistently on pending leads
Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and policies
Maintain proper booking records and update CRM systems
Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
Escalate medical or technical questions to the appropriate team
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with ability to convert leads
Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
