Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & BI Collaboration:




  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly product and segment performance.

  • Review dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to identify gaps, anomalies, and underperformance.

  • Catalogue performance issues and observations in a structured and traceable manner.



Issue Tracking & Follow-through:




  • Log issues identified through BI reports, customer feedback, and internal reviews.

  • Actively follow up with relevant stakeholders (product, sales, IT, support, finance, etc.) to drive resolution.

  • Track issues to closure and provide regular progress updates.



Insights & Analysis:




  • Collate insights from customers, account teams, support teams, and internal meetings.

  • Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into concise insight summaries.

  • Support recommendations for product and engagement improvements.



Reporting & Visibility:




  • Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates.

  • Maintain simple dashboards, trackers, and action logs.

  • Highlight risks, trends, and exceptions requiring escalation.



Documentation & Knowledge Management:




  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and presentations.

  • Maintain organised documentation of segment performance and resolutions.

  • Support preparation of internal reviews and planning sessions.



General Support:




  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects.

  • Support planning and preparation for customer engagements.



Required Skills & Competencies




  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline

  • Exposure to BI tools or reporting is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with data, reports and presentations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools (e.g. Teams).

  • Knowledge of BI dashboards and internal performance trackers.

  • Structured mentoring and regular check-ins with the segment team.
