Key Responsibilities
- Departmental Rotation: Rotate through core business functions (e.g., Restaurant Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources,) to gain comprehensive company knowledge.
- Project Support: Assist managers with projects, research, and analysis to drive operational efficiency.
- Operational Support: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, report generation, and process improvements.
- Learning & Development: Participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to build leadership skills.
- Goal Achievement: Contribute to team objectives and company goals through active project involvement.
- Communication: Present reports and findings to senior management regarding progress and findings.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Food Science technology, Accounting,Biology,Agric Economics, Supply Chain management, Human Resources, etc
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and team collaboration.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to learn new roles, work in different departments, and work under tight deadlines.
- Leadership Potential: Proactive mindset, leadership potential, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Common Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / HND (First Class or a minimum of second class upper(2.1)).
- Strong leadership potential proven through extracurricular activities.
- Good character and a strong social intelligience
- Fresh graduates or those with limited professional experience.
- Candidates must be resident or have accomodation in Port Harcourt.
