We are urgently seeking high-performing and target-driven professionals within the insurance sector to drive aggressive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and monthly sales action plans.
Generate profitable insurance business through brokers and direct channels.
Source and onboard new brokers, retail and corporate clients.
Achieve revenue and premium collection targets.
Follow up on renewals and outstanding premiums in line with credit policy.
Prepare periodic production, renewal, and collection reports.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and clients.
Ensure accuracy of policy documentation before delivery.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related discipline with 8–10 years’ relevant experience in the insurance industry.
Strong broker network within Lagos market is highly desirable.
Professional certification (e.g., CIIN, AIIN) will be an added advantage.
