We are building a structured, high-performing team and are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations during a busy period.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Service Intern to support client enquiries, bookings, and communication. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, especially during peak periods and staff leave.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, and social media)
Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with leads and maintain communication with clients
Provide clear and professional information about iKooK services
Support scheduling and coordination with the operations team
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and bookings
Work Structure
Fully remote role
Must be available during daytime working hours
Required to work 5–6 days per week (including weekends if needed)
Requirements
Based in Nigeria
Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsive and reliable (very important)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets
Able to learn quickly and follow processes
Previous customer service experience is a plus
