Job Responsibilities



As an Architect, you will be responsible for:




  • Develop creative architectural concepts and detailed design proposals in line with client requirements and project objectives.

  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for design presentations and approvals.

  • Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Participate in design review meetings and project planning sessions.

  • Ensure that architectural designs are aligned with structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements.

  • Ensure designs comply with building regulations, zoning requirements, and safety standards.

  • Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved designs and specifications.

  • Prepare and submit drawings and documentation to relevant authorities for planning approvals

  • Research and recommend innovative design solutions, materials, and sustainable building practices.

  • Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, and architectural records.



Required Qualifications & Skills



To be qualify for this role, you should possess the following:




  • BSc/HND in Architecture or related field.

  • 3–6 years relevant architectural experience, preferably within a construction or real estate development environment.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.

  • Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and architectural documentation.

  • Good understanding of building construction methods, materials, and site practices.

  • Experience with 3D visualization and presentation tools is an added advantage.

  • Strong creative and conceptual design ability.

  • Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines.
