Job Summary




  • The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within Lagos and surrounding regions.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling electronics or home appliances and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales of Syinix products including TVs, home appliances, and related electronics

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, distributors, and corporate clients)

  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales follow-up

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute campaigns and product launches.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in:

  • Consumer electronics

  • Home appliances

  • FMCG or similar related industries

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of the Lagos market and distribution channels

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
