Job Summary
- The ideal candidate must be responsible for delivering a transformational retail customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand’s values and drive sales growth.
- Professionally manage and resolve concerns from irate or dissatisfied customers.
- Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales.
- Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Minimum of a 2nd class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years work experience (Previous Retail Sales experience will be an advantage)
- Female (for gender balance)
- Team player
- Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to service and genuine curiosity and interest in people.
