Job Summary




  • The ideal candidate must be responsible for delivering a transformational retail customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales.



Key Responsibilities




  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand’s values and drive sales growth.

  • Professionally manage and resolve concerns from irate or dissatisfied customers.

  • Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales.

  • Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities.



Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills




  • Minimum of a 2nd class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline.

  • 1 - 3 years work experience (Previous Retail Sales experience will be an advantage)

  • Female (for gender balance)

  • Team player

  • Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to service and genuine curiosity and interest in people.
