Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:




  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine value propositions and sales tactics.

  • Forecast sales projections accurately and report on pipeline health to the executive leadership team.



Sales Process & Operations:




  • Refine and optimize the sales process to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

  • Leverage the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate actionable insights.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in Beverage sales leadership/management role.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas both as an individual contributor and as a leader

  • Experience in Beverages Sales is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of route to market Pan Nigeria

  • Mandatory - Beverage Sales experience.
