Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine value propositions and sales tactics.
- Forecast sales projections accurately and report on pipeline health to the executive leadership team.
Sales Process & Operations:
- Refine and optimize the sales process to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Leverage the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in Beverage sales leadership/management role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas both as an individual contributor and as a leader
- Experience in Beverages Sales is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of route to market Pan Nigeria
- Mandatory - Beverage Sales experience.
