Job Summary
- This position is responsible for making sure that the office environment is conducive for both staff and customers at all-times.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of the office premises
- Daily cleaning of the office furniture’s including File cabinet, Tables and chairs
- Constant cleaning of Toilet
- Periodic cleaning of swivel chairs leg with oil (weekly)
- Weekly cleaning of office Equipment i.e. Air conditioners, Television and Fans
- Weekly washing of Water dispenser
- Constant maintenance of Lunch room (Kitchen)
- Procurement of Lunch for all staff between 1pm and 3pm daily
- General office assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR/ Admin.

- Neatness of the general office environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Internal customer satisfaction.
Objective:
- Ensuring that all Equipment, Furniture/fittings, electrical appliances are neat, functional and well arranged.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
