Job Summary




  • This position is responsible for making sure that the office environment is conducive for both staff and customers at all-times.



Tasks and Responsibilities




  • Daily cleaning of the office premises

  • Daily cleaning of the office furniture’s including File cabinet, Tables and chairs

  • Constant cleaning of Toilet

  • Periodic cleaning of swivel chairs leg with oil (weekly)

  • Weekly cleaning of office Equipment i.e. Air conditioners, Television and Fans

  • Weekly washing of Water dispenser

  • Constant maintenance of Lunch room (Kitchen)

  • Procurement of Lunch for all staff between 1pm and 3pm daily

  • General office assistance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR/ Admin.



Key Performance Indicators




  • Neatness of the general office environment

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Internal customer satisfaction.



Objective:




  • Ensuring that all Equipment, Furniture/fittings, electrical appliances are neat, functional and well arranged.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
