Responsibilities




  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company budgets

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Track property income, expenses, and investment performance

  • Support audits and provide necessary financial documentation

  • Monitor financial transactions related to property sales, rent, and maintenance

  • Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years accounting experience (experience in real estate is an advantage)

  • Professional certification (ICAN is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
