Role Summary




  • Lead expansion efforts across locations by driving enrollment, awareness, and partnerships for TSM’s Graduate Development Programs (GDPs) targeted at graduates, early professionals, and NYSC members.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive strategic enrollment campaigns across states and regions

  • Coordinate local outreach, institutional partnerships, and stakeholder engagement

  • Organize career seminars, info sessions, and onboarding events

  • Develop data-driven recruitment pipelines

  • Supervise Campus Ambassadors and local mobilization teams

  • Provide market intelligence and regional insights



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred in Education, Business, Economics, or related fields)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in education marketing, program coordination, or youth engagement

  • Strong network within tertiary institutions, NYSC ecosystem, or professional communities

  • Demonstrated leadership and project execution capacity
