Our Client is seeking a smart, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director, with strong secretarial competencies to provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and statements
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Help with bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Support documentation, filing, and archiving of financial records
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the finance team
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong secretarial competencies; filing, document preparation, and filing/archiving systems.
