Core Responsibilities
- Website Optimization: Maintain the online platform, ensuring a user-friendly, on-brand, and secure experience.
- Digital Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social media) to increase traffic and revenue.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales,
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to inform strategic decisions,
- Technical & Operational Support: Manage inventory and collaborate with logistics for smooth fulfillment, as detailed by Myskillsfuture.gov.sg.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns
- Website Traffic and Traffic-to-lead Ratio.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or IT.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools,
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
