As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to supporting interview processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Screen, shortlist, and recommend qualified candidates for open roles
Communicate with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Qualifications
Recent graduate or NYSC corps member with a strong interest in Human Resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter)
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
