We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in achieving its people and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff records.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
Support payroll processes and staff welfare administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
3–5years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
