We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our Lagos State, Nigeria office.
The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing proposals to secure new clients and partnerships.
Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, creating and executing business strategies, and collaborating with other teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
The role also requires market analysis to align company offerings with client needs and industry trends.

Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
Market Research and Strategic Planning expertise
Ability to create compelling Proposals and Presentations
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Experience in security engineering or information technology sectors is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
