This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Deposit Mobilization, located in Abuja.
The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential depositors, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting bank products to drive deposit growth.
The role also involves achieving targeted deposit volumes, monitoring client accounts, providing customer support, and analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
Relationship management and customer service skills with a focus on mobilizing deposits for the bank
Sales, business development, and negotiation skills to achieve deposit mobilization targets.
Good understanding of financial products and banking operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added
