Role Summary
- The Property Development & Sales Associate will support Five28 Properties by inspecting and pre-screening properties, supporting client acquisition efforts, and assisting in sales and business development activities.
- This role is ideal for a driven graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in real estate, property investment, and client advisory.
- This role requires someone proactive, teachable, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in real estate and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Property Inspection & Pre-Screening:
- Visit and inspect properties before client viewings.
- Gather and document key details
- Location and neighborhood insights
- Property condition and layout
- Asking price and observable value drivers
- Take clear photos, videos, and notes for internal review.
- Flag any visible issues or red flags for senior review.
Client Support & Sales Assistance:
- Assist in sourcing potential buyers and investors.
- Support property viewings alongside senior team members.
- Help prepare property briefs and presentation materials.
- Maintain basic client records and follow-ups.
Business Development Support:
- Assist with market research and property listings.
- Support outreach efforts (referrals, networking, online platforms).
- Help identify emerging property opportunities and trends.
- Represent Five28 Properties professionally during site visits and meetings.
Administrative & Coordination Support:
- Coordinate site visits and viewing schedules.
- Liaise with property owners, agents, and third parties.
- Ensure documentation and property information are well organized.
KPIs / Growth Indicators
- Accuracy and quality of property inspection reports.
- Number of site visits completed.
- Contribution to client sourcing and follow-ups.
- Growth in property knowledge and sales confidence.
Requirements
Experience & Education:
Fresh graduate or 1 - 3 years experience in;
- Real estate, sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in property, investment, or sales.
- Real estate certification is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Basic negotiation or persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with site visits and field work.
