Job Summary




  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative Support to assist with front desk operations and general office administration.

  • The ideal candidate will support daily office activities, attend to visitors and clients, and ensure smooth coordination of administrative and facility-related tasks.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Attend to both walk-in and online enquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and office environment.

  • Support general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and report preparation.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities.

  • Monitor office supplies, basic facility needs, and report maintenance issues when necessary.



Key Requirements




  • 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk, administrative, or support role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
