Job summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive kitchen manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensure high-quality meal production, maintain smooth daily workflow, and ensure proper hygiene is observed in the kitchen.

- Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities and workflow.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals for events, orders, and daily production.
- Enforce portion control, recipes, and quality standards.
- Ensure the kitchen and environs are always clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared on time and to high standards
- Plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to diverse dietary needs
- Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships within budget
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver excellent service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and school policies
- Work closely with school leadership to support events and special occasions
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree
- 4 Years of experience in the same position or a similar hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of catering operations and bulk food production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and kitchen regulations.
- Must be organized, disciplined, and reliable.
