  • Our client in Retail Chain Pharmacy has asked us to recruit for the position of an Admin Officer (NYSC Youth Corper)



Responsibilities




  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations.

  • Manage files, documents, and correspondence.

  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.

  • Support HR, finance, and other departments when needed.

  • Attend to visitors and manage phone calls.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
