- Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts
- Manage cash, credit, and insurance claims accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Maintain the cash register and reconcile at the end of the shift
- Upsell and promote pharmacy products and services.
Educational Qualification
- O-Level certificate with credits in English and Maths
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Skills: Basic numeracy, computer skills, and customer service experience
Experience:
- Candidates for this position should have at least 2 - 3 years work experience in a Retail organisation.
