Job Summary




  • We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development personnel to join our team in driving growth and revenue for our (B2B) Tech sales company.

  • As a Business Development personnel, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

  • Your ability to understand our clients' needs, develop solutions, and drive business growth will be crucial to our success.



Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.



Account Management:




  • Manage existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.



Market Research:




  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.



Sales Strategy:




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.



Collaboration:




  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth.



Client Relationship Building:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.



Sales Forecasting:




  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the sales leadership team.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

  • B2B Sales Experience



Proven Track Record of closing Deals:




  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the IT industry.

  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Industry Knowledge:




  • Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.



Business Acumen:




  • Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that meet those needs.



Relationship Building:




  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.



Results-Oriented:




  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.



Team Player:




  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in Public and Private Tech Sales.
