Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development personnel to join our team in driving growth and revenue for our (B2B) Tech sales company.
- As a Business Development personnel, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
- Your ability to understand our clients' needs, develop solutions, and drive business growth will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
Account Management:
- Manage existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
Sales Forecasting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the sales leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- B2B Sales Experience
Proven Track Record of closing Deals:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the IT industry.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
Business Acumen:
- Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Relationship Building:
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Results-Oriented:
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Public and Private Tech Sales.
