Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations in Gambari, Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have pure agricultural experience, particularly in plantation and large-scale farming, and will be responsible for driving productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage crop production activities including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.


• Supervise farm workers and oversee general farm operations and equipment maintenance.


• Monitor crop performance, soil health, and implement improvement strategies.


• Manage farm budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate operational records.


• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and agricultural regulations.


• Market farm produce and liaise with relevant agricultural stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.


• 2–3 years of relevant farm management experience.


• Strong knowledge of plantation and commercial farming operations.


• Good leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in farm management tools and modern agricultural practices.


• Willingness to work on-site in Gambari, Ibadan.
