Job Summary




  • A Sales Executive is responsible for selling a company’s products or services, building relationships with customers, and helping the company achieve its revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.

  • Promote and sell company products or services to clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Present products or services to clients through meetings, calls, or presentations.

  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

  • Prepare sales reports and keep records of customer interactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Research market trends and competitors to find new opportunities.



Requirements

Skills:




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 

  • Good sales and marketing knowledge

  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

  • Basic computer and CRM software knowledge



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred).

  • Previous sales experience can be an advantage.
