We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of solar, power, and energy solutions, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong experience in B2B sales, energy solutions, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in renewable energy products and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell renewable energy solutions such as solar systems, inverters, batteries, and power installations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and provide tailored energy solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands within the energy sector.
Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure excellent customer experience from initial contact through project delivery and after-sales support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within renewable energy, power, or related industries.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems, power solutions, and energy market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate solutions effectively to clients.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
