Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to accelerate user and revenue growth
- Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization
- Design, run, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, funnels, landing pages, pricing, onboarding)
- Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, SEO, content, lifecycle, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product-led growth initiatives
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
- Optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys to improve conversion and retention
- Stay up to date with growth trends, tools, and best practices
- Shape product strategy and vision together with product managers
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and motion guidelines
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, product growth, or a similar role—preferably in a startup environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Hands-on experience with growth tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, GA4, Segment, or similar)
- Experience running experiments and A/B tests end-to-end
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and growth levers
- Ability to prioritize quickly and execute with limited resources
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling early-stage startups
- Background in product management or performance marketing
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation tools
- Experience in fintech and finance
