Role Overview



X-Force Engineering Limited is actively seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and facilitating business growth within the construction and engineering sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership, industry expertise, and hands-on experience in managing financial operations in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities



Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, optimize working capital, and implement cost control measures.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and evaluate project profitability.

Project Oversight: Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and financial performance, particularly for construction projects.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members to foster professional growth.

Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiency across the organization.



 Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • ICAN certification (mandatory).

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • High level of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
