Job Summary
- Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing a brand’s presence across social media platforms to build awareness, engage audiences, and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) for digital platforms.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert them into sales leads.
- Maintain and update client and lead databases.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on leads, engagement, and business development activities.
Minimum Qualification/Experience
- BSc. Mass comm., Marketing or any of the related social science courses
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creativity and content creation ability
- Knowledge of social media tools and analytics
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Time management and organization.
