Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell the company’s HR consulting services including training programs, HR software solutions, recruitment services, and cooperative loan schemes.

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to business growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.

  • Present service offerings effectively to organizations and decision-makers.

  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and highly organized.

  • Experience selling professional services (HR services, training, software solutions, etc.) is an advantage.
