Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and grow customer base


• Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries


• Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising


• Manage inventory and coordinate stock levels


• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff


• Prepare sales and operational reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)


• 3–5 years retail/showroom experience


• Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Work Schedule: Retail hours (including weekends & holidays)
