The IT Support Officer / Frontend Developer will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimization of the Core Banking Application (CBA) and related digital banking platforms, ensuring system stability, security, and seamless user experience across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the Core Banking Application (CBA) to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and data integrity.
Provide frontend and technical support for digital banking channels including mobile, internet banking, USSD, and ATM systems.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and endpoints.
Support implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
Provide timely resolution of technical issues through effective helpdesk support.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards.
