Responsibilities
- Develop and execute WIN's social media strategy across various platforms
- Design and create original, engaging content including graphics, videos, and posts to communicate our mission and amplify impact
- Manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing reach and engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and other digital metrics
- Collaborate closely with team members to build brand awareness and community engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and communications, preferably within an NGO or similar sector
- Proficiency in multiple social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong creative vision with a demonstrated portfolio of social media graphics and digital content
- Success managing social media channels and improving engagement in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Outstanding leadership, time management, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build high-trust relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
