Key Responsibilities
- Draft and distribute press releases in line with the brand communication strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key local media outlets to increase brand visibility and reputation.
- Maintain regular contact with media, KOLs, KOCs, and tech bloggers to coordinate timely and high-quality promotional content.
- Monitor and manage public opinion, especially during negative publicity or incidents, ensuring timely and effective crisis communication.
- Provide support to the broader marketing department as required.
Educational Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Established network with media professionals and influencers is an added advantage.
- Experience in crisis communication and public opinion management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
