We are seeking a smart and result-driven Female Tele Sales Officer with proven experience in tele sales in a B2B industry to drive sales through outbound calls, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Convert prospects into paying customers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
Handle customer objections and inquiries effectively
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM
Prepare periodic sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
HND in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telesales or similar role
Previous experience in or tele sales in a b2b industry.
Prior experience in selling industrial/ agricultural/mining machines and equipments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
