Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage and track ongoing work across teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
- Run structured check-ins (daily/weekly) to monitor progress, identify risks, and keep work moving forward.
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables without direct authority.
- Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution to maintain momentum.
Workflow & Process Management
- Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of workflows across the business.
- Identify inefficiencies or recurring issues and escalate or address them through structured solutions.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date SOPs to support consistency and onboarding.
- Help ensure work is organized in a way that supports visibility, tracking, and scalability.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate across different teams to ensure priorities are aligned and dependencies are managed.
- Act as a central point of communication to keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks.
- Ensure clarity of requirements before work begins to reduce rework and delays.
Technology & Project Support
- Work closely with IT/technical teams to support system-related projects and improvements.
- Assist in gathering requirements, tracking development progress, and supporting user testing.
- Identify opportunities where automation or tools can improve efficiency.
- Ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new tools or process changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar execution-focused roles.
- Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or structured project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through, even without direct authority.
- Experience documenting processes, workflows, or SOPs.
- Comfortable working with tools and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
