Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ISN’s growth agenda by translating corporate objectives into actionable marketing strategies and high-impact execution. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven, commercially minded marketer who can manage campaigns, lead product launches, build digital presence, and support revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is execution-strong, organized, creative, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Corporate Alignment
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Design high marketing activities and campaigns are fully aligned with ISN’s corporate objectives.
- Support performance reviews to track progress against strategic goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure marketing drives business growth.
Success Indicators:
- Marketing activities clearly support business and sales objectives.
- Strategy delivered on time and consistently executed.
- New Product Partnership Launches
- Manage go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product partnerships
- Deliver launch plans for new products.
- Coordinate events, digital campaigns, sales enablement materials, and internal training.
- Track pipeline, conversion, and sales performance.
Success Indicators:
- Strong product visibility and seamless market introduction.
- Pipeline generation of at least 200MQLs and convert 50% to SQLs.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Build and manage demand generation programs to deliver ≥200 MQLs monthly.
- Improve lead quality and support ≥50% lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Ensure 100% CRM tracking, reporting, and data accuracy.
Success Indicators:
- Predictable, high-quality pipeline supporting revenue growth.
- Revenue & Conversion Performance
- Support initiatives that drive ≥50% conversion across opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving YoY revenue growth through marketing-led activities.
- Implement and maintain campaign-to-revenue attribution tracking.

- Improved conversion and sales efficiency.
- Brand Architecture Development & Deployment
- Support development of ISN’s brand architecture, including brand book, identity system, and co-branding guidelines.
- Ensure 100% adoption of brand templates across departments.
- Manage quarterly brand compliance audits with ≥95% adherence.
Success Indicators:
- Consistent and professional brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Digital Presence & Social Currency Growth
- Support ISN’s digital footprint across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Lead creation of diverse content formats including videos, photos, skits, audio, and UGC.
Success Indicators:
- Strong online presence and growing digital influence.
- Marketing Campaign Execution
- Deliver a 12‑month marketing campaign plan in line with business unit strategy.
- Execute all marketing campaign astutely and in line with the annual calendar timeline.
- Build and maintain a complete marketing asset library.
- Track campaign ROI end‑to‑end (leads → conversion → revenue).
- Manage influencer, media, and professional networks.
Success Indicators:
- Campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Marketing Insights & Reporting
- Submit monthly marketing insights reports using approved templates.
- Track competitor activity, customer trends, product developments, and market risks.
- Provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.

- Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance and market dynamics.
- Team Support & Collaboration
- Support recruitment and onboarding of key marketing roles.
- Contribute to building a high-performing team with ≥90% KPI achievement.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Life Sciences, Healthcare, B2B, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and product marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a science related field.
