The After Sales TeamLead is responsible for supporting service centers and dealers with technical issues, training technicians, and ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance standards.
This role also helps improve product performance by providing feedback from the field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to service centers and dealers.
Identify and resolve product issues and ensure standard solutions are followed.
Develop simple training materials and maintenance guides for technicians.
Organize regular training sessions for new and existing technicians.
Monitor technician performance and support skill development and certification.
Collect and report product issues to improve quality and performance.
Support the investigation and resolution of major technical or quality issues.
Ensure service centers have the right tools and equipment.
Conduct regular checks to maintain service quality standards.
Requirements
Degree or HND qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive-related field.
At least 3 years of experience in technical support (EV or automotive preferred).
Experience managing or supervising a technical team is an advantage.
Good understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and spare parts.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
