Job Summary




  • The After Sales TeamLead is responsible for supporting service centers and dealers with technical issues, training technicians, and ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance standards.

  • This role also helps improve product performance by providing feedback from the field.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide technical support and guidance to service centers and dealers.

  • Identify and resolve product issues and ensure standard solutions are followed.

  • Develop simple training materials and maintenance guides for technicians.

  • Organize regular training sessions for new and existing technicians.

  • Monitor technician performance and support skill development and certification.

  • Collect and report product issues to improve quality and performance.

  • Support the investigation and resolution of major technical or quality issues.

  • Ensure service centers have the right tools and equipment.

  • Conduct regular checks to maintain service quality standards.



Requirements




  • Degree or HND qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive-related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support (EV or automotive preferred).

  • Experience managing or supervising a technical team is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of vehicle systems, repairs, and spare parts.

  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to travel when required.
