- The School of Enterprise Management, Ibadan Business School is seeking a competent and proactive ICT Support Officer to provide technical support for a nationwide online modular training programme. The role involves managing the digital learning platform, supporting users, and ensuring seamless technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to participants, facilitators, and staff
- Manage and maintain the Digital Learning Platform
- Support user registration, login, and account issues
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems
- Assist in live sessions and resolve technical disruptions
- Maintain website functionality and backend operations
- Provide support for content uploads and platform updates
- Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity
- Respond to helpdesk queries (email, chat, phone) promptlyDocument technical issues and resolutions
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of a First Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CMS, basic troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting online platforms or virtual training environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with Zoom or webinar platforms
- Knowledge of database management and cloud systems
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Experience in EdTech or digital learning environments
