What You’ll Be Doing




  • Drive revenue growth by converting competitor products to our client’s industrial solutions

  • Identify and develop opportunities for industrial chains, conveyor chains, bucket elevator chains, wear parts, and mechanical components

  • Conduct plant-level meetings with maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams

  • Lead product trials and performance-based selling initiatives

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key industrial accounts

  • Conduct regular site visits to cement plants and mining operations

  • Collaborate with our client’s internal teams on technical solutions, customization, and reverse engineering

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments

  • Achieve defined sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans



Experience & Skills Required




  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales

  • Proven background selling wear parts, mechanical components, or industrial chains

  • Mandatory experience in the Cement and/or Mining industries

  • Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with plant teams

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and key account management skills



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (advantageous)
