The Territory Security Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating guarding operations within an assigned location, ensuring high-quality security service delivery and compliance with operational standards. The role involves supervising field teams, managing client relationships, assessing security risks, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily guarding operations and ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery across assigned locations
Supervise compliance officers and operatives, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and service standards
Prepare and analyse operational reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective use of security tools and technologies
Develop and implement post orders and operational guidelines for client sites
Manage client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and providing security advisory support
Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and lead emergency response efforts
Support business growth through involvement in deployments and pre-sales risk assessments
Drive team performance through supervision, training, and continuous engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, including supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and client service
Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with security technologies
