Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new leads within assigned sales territory
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building material markets, and retail outlets to promote products
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Educate potential and existing customers on the benefits of using the platform and its product offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and minimize product returns
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1–2 years of relevant sales or field marketing experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
- Age: 22–35 years Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Good knowledge of Lagos (Island and Mainland) construction markets and retail hubs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
