Position Overview




  • The Lead Generating Officer will be responsible for researching, identifying, and generating high-quality sales leads to support business growth.

  • This role requires strong research skills, effective communication, and the ability to build an active pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and market

  • Generate and qualify leads in line with company-defined criteria

  • Conduct initial outreach via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms

  • Gather and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems

  • Schedule appointments and handover qualified leads to the sales team

  • Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements

  • Continuously improve lead sourcing strategies and outreach techniques



Qualifications and Skills




  • Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Certification: HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification will be an added advantage

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong research, analytical, and data management skills

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and implement effective solutions.
