Responsibilities

• Welcme and attend to customersand visitors in a friendly and professional manner.


• Accurately process payments via cash, card, or other methods.


• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer interactions.


• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded in the system.


• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
