The Dialysis Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing dialysis.
The role involves managing the full dialysis process, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor patients throughout the dialysis process from admission to discharge
Deliver safe, effective, and individualized patient care
Work closely with the Head Nurse and medical team to handle clinical procedures and emergencies
Ensure accurate patient scheduling and smooth daily operations
Maintain and update patient records using the hospital’s IT systems
Support training and onboarding of new nursing staff
Assist in outreach activities to increase awareness of the dialysis centre
Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dialysis or related specialty
Strong hands-on experience in dialysis procedures and patient care.
