Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable Cashier and Sales Representative to join our team.


• You will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional service by welcoming customers, providing expert knowledge on our sporting gear, and processing transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide advice on sports products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.


• Process cash, debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.


• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.


• Assist with inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and follow all loss prevention procedures.


• Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/B.Sc.


• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.


• Strong communication skills, basic maths and familiarity with POS systems.


• Must reside in Mokola or its environments.
