Role Overview



We are seeking a high-performing Hub Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and growth of GoDo Innovation Hub—a dynamic co-working and collaboration space featuring private offices, training and conference rooms, a podcast studio, and outdoor networking areas.



This is an execution-heavy role. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience, driving space utilization, and ensuring the Hub operates as a vibrant, well-coordinated ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities



Operations & Experience




  • Oversee daily operations of the Hub, ensuring efficiency and professionalism

  • Manage bookings across website, calls, and social media channels

  • Coordinate use of all facilities (offices, event spaces, studio, etc.)

  • Maintain a high-quality client and community experience at all times



Sales & Revenue




  • Drive occupancy and utilization of spaces

  • Respond to inquiries and convert leads into paying clients

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue across services and offerings



Marketing & Visibility




  • Manage and grow the Hub’s social media presence

  • Promote events, offerings, and community activities

  • Execute simple campaigns to attract users, startups, and partners



Community & Engagement




  • Foster a vibrant, collaborative environment within the Hub

  • Support events, workshops, and networking activities

  • Engage members and build a strong sense of community



Administration & Coordination




  • Track bookings, payments, and usage

  • Maintain organized records and reporting

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers



Requirements




  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service ability

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with social media management and basic digital marketing

  • Sales mindset with ability to convert inquiries to bookings

  • Prior experience in co-working spaces, events, or hospitality is an advantage
