Role Overview
- We are seeking experienced and results‑driven professionals to manage and support daily operations within our Quick Service Restaurant outlets on Lagos Island.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficiency across restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supervise, motivate, and manage staff during assigned shifts or across the outlet
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer complaints
- Support sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic financial reporting as required
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with company policies, QSR standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development
- Prepare daily or shift reports and escalate operational issues when necessary.
Role Scope by Level:
Restaurant Manager:
- Full responsibility for outlet performance, profitability, and team leadership
- Oversight of inventory, vendors, reporting, and compliance.
Shift Manager:
- Lead operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise staff, manage service flow, and ensure shift targets are met.
Supervisor:
- Support daily operations and frontline staff
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food preparation standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QSR or fast‑paced restaurant environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and people‑management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
