Job Description






Job Purpose




  • Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases. This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.



Key Duties and Responsibilities




  • Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.

  • Type in data provided directly from customers.

  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.

  • Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.

  • Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.

  • Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.

  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.

  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.

  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Educational Requirements:




  • BA, BS or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)



Professional Requirements:




  • Membership of CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or any other related professional qualification is required.



Experience Requirements:




  • 0-3+ years of warehouse or other relevant experience.



Decision Expectations:




  • Manage data in compliance with company’s policies and vision

  • Maintain standard of health, safety and hygiene



Knowledge Requirements:




  • High proficiency in data entry techniques.

  • Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions.

  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.



Working Conditions:




  • Jobholder typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some roles may involve weekend or evening work.

  • This role is both office and field(warehouse) based and has some occasional physical demands such as lifting stock items that weigh over 10kg if the need arises and walking round the warehouse to ensure the effective monitoring.
